Traveler Vaccination Services Please Note:  As of 6/1/2023, the travel consultation is $75.  For families traveling with the same itinerary, the first family member is $75 and each additional family member is $40. The vaccine fee schedule is noted in the Travel Packet and prices are subject to change.

We offer vaccinations recommended for international travel as well as prescription medications to prevent malaria, altitude sickness, etc. Clinic staff will provide consultation on current guidance. Services include vaccinations, preventive medications, counseling to prevent travel illnesses, and a computer printout listing country advisories, consular information and immunization requirements. Available vaccines include Typhoid, Rabies Pre-exposure, Polio Booster, Meningococcal disease, Japanese Encephalitis, Hepatitis A and B, along with general adult immunizations boosters. We also issue Yellow Fever certificates, as well as prescriptions for malaria pills, altitude sickness, and antibiotics as needed.

  • Fees payable by cash, MasterCard/Visa or personal check.
  • If an appointment is cancelled, the cancellation must be made within 24 hours, or an office visit charge will be issued.
  • The ideal time to call to book an appointment is 3 to 4 months before date of departure.
Sexually Transmitted Infection/HIV Counseling & Testing Open to all regardless of age or residence. Confidential testing available. $20 fee. Screening available for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and HIV.
Annual Flu Vaccinations Available while supplies last.
Wellness Checks
Free blood pressure check. Tuberculosis screening available for a fee. Cash, check, and MC/V accepted.
Routine Immunizations
Routine immunizations and vaccine boosters are available for adults and children. Cash, check, and MC/V accepted.
Home Safety Assessments This is a free service offered to residents. A member of the Health District staff will visit your home to determine if any safety concerns exist. Some of the items on the checklist include: lighting, flooring, footwear, fire protection, stairways, and water temperature. At the completion of the visit, the homeowner is given a copy of the completed home safety and risk assessment with the findings and any recommendations.
