*For public health surveillance, COVID-19-associated deaths include persons who tested positive for the virus that causes COVID-19 disease around the time of death (confirmed) and persons whose death certificate lists COVID-19 disease as a cause of death or a significant condition contributing to death (probable).

Community Health Continues to be Open for Vaccinations and Routine Screenings
The WWHD clinical staff wishes to remind residents that the Community Health section is open and appointments are available for vaccinations and routine screenings. Although COVID-19 is front of mind for most of us these days, it is important to take care of our routine health checks and screenings. Call to make an appointment for routine childhood vaccines, immunizations for your college-bound student, blood pressure screenings, and cholesterol screenings. We are here to help.
